refactor(API): 重构聊天接口支持多模型类型

- 拆分 Claude 和 Codex 模型的处理逻辑为独立函数
- 新增 handleClaudeChat 函数处理 Claude 系列模型
- 新增 handleCodexChat 函数处理 Codex 系列模型(OpenAI Response API 格式)
- 添加 isCodexModel 工具函数用于模型类型判断
- 优化代码结构,提高可维护性
